in the
children, as
they joined in singing old favorites like “Rudolph the Red
Nosed Reindeer” and “Silent Night”.
Finally, on the 23rd of December,
eight of us sang live on the morning news show on Channel 12. It was a
great opportunity to “spread the word” to the whole
community.
We
will end the current year with a New Year’s Eve performance
at the
Annual Fenton Jubile'Eve in Fenton, Michigan and start off the New Year
with a bang when we head north for our annual retreat at the Higgins
Lake DNR facility. This retreat is our way of getting the new year
started off with a bang and recreating all those bonds of friendship
and brotherhood that are so valued in the Barbershop Harmony Society.
We hope everyone had a terrific holiday season and we wish you all a
wonderful new year. Let us dedicate ourselves anew to the truly
American art form of Barbershop Harmony.
